The performance group
A group that rehearses together through the year and dances in the spring performance in May.
The group meets for a rehearsal on Thursday evening, and takes the Advanced technique class each week. It is open to teens and adults by audition. Alfonzo sets the pieces, and Sreymom plays for the rehearsals. There are no competitions here: a season ends with the spring performance.

How the spring audition works
An audition is a class in the studio, so you do what you do every week.

Step 1: Tell us you'd like to audition
Say so at the front desk or in a note. Students from the Intermediate level and above may audition.

Step 2: Take the class
Alfonzo teaches a technique class and a short combination. Wear practice clothes.

Step 3: Talk with Alfonzo
Each student hears from Alfonzo in person about the class and what to work on next.

Step 4: Hear in writing
Families and adult students receive a letter in April.
