How tuition works
Tuition here follows the level, the classes you take and the class length. We share our figures at the placement visit and in the enrollment packet, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Tuition is set by the level, the number of classes a student takes each week and the length of each class. Two classes a week come to a different total than one, and the performance group brings its rehearsals. Our figures are in the enrollment packet and at the placement visit.

Registration
Registration covers your enrollment file, the school's insurance and your student portal account. It is due when you accept a place for the fall, and again each summer.

Billing
Tuition is billed monthly through the student portal, and autopay is an option. Adults who come when they can may ask us about a class card at the placement visit.

A class card, on request
Missed classes and make-ups
A missed class can be made up in another class at the same level, in the same session. Pointe and performance group rehearsals can't be made up, so please tell us early.
Beyond tuition, a year has a few extras. Costumes for the spring performance are ordered in the winter and billed before the performance. The performance itself has a production cost, and guests need tickets. Pointe shoes and the dress code are bought separately and fitted with your teacher. The performance group has an audition, and the summer intensive is registered separately. Each one is named in writing, with its purpose, before you register.

Withdrawing
We ask for a month's notice before a student leaves. A costume that has been ordered for the performance stays with the student, and we explain how a session in progress is settled when you ask.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether work-study or scholarship places are open this month. We answer in writing, never at the front desk.
